i use to think it was cool to tie belts around my neck… that euphoric feeling of no blood getting to the brain… then ive tried o.d.ing… ;(

i hate people who use it to seek attention… its a real problem for some of us…

i do sometimes… when im down… its not a good idea… but i sometimes end up just crying and feeling better
